Order picking time
In general, the order is picked once the order has been received. Usually order is dispatched after the payment has been received.
Order picking depends on the following circumstances:
- order volume
- order receiving time (orders received after 15:00 will be processed next day)
- company’s overall workload (e.g. during the summer season and at Christmas, processing orders may takes longer than usual because order volume could be higher)
Usually, order is dispatched within 1–3 business days depending on the conditions above.
NB! The company has right to refuse from the delivery method chosen by the customer if chosen method does not physically allow the delivery to be carried out (for example, if the dimensions and weight of the goods exceed permitted limit of parcel lockers). In this case, a sales agent will contact customer and try to choose the most optimal delivery method.
Free shipping from 60 euros applies only within Estonia.
ATTENTION: Free delivery conditions apply only to orders placed at retail prices. The free shipping offer does not apply to customers who have previously agreed wholesale prices or other individual delivery or pricing terms.

Estimated delivery time and price for parcels sent before the parcel locker is emptied:
Within Estonia in 1–2 business days (3.5€);
To Helsinki in 1–3 business days (13€);
Elsewhere in Finland in 3–5 business days (13€).
Storage period is 7 days.

Estimated delivery time and price for parcels sent before the parcel locker is emptied: within 1–2 business days (3.5€).
Parcels can also be sent by regular mail (Omniva) to absolutely any country in the world. The average price is 30€, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (depending on the destination country)VENIPAK Courier
